We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

The role:

As Senior Client Executive, you will support with the day-to-day relationships we have with our clients across established clients. You’ll help with the delivery of media campaigns across various Linear TV, Outdoor, Audio, etc all with the support of a Client Manager, Client Executive and Client Associate – so people skills are key. With a strong Director to learn from and a variety of channels to sharpen your skills, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop and take ownership. 

Core responsibilities:  

Campaign Planning & Delivery 

  • Support the development and execution of integrated media campaigns across multiple traditional media channels including Linear TV, Outdoor, Audio and Radio. 

  • Assist with the translation of client briefs into media strategies, planning and investment recommendations to deliver best-in-class solutions. 

  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, booking, optimisation, tracking and post-campaign reporting. 

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed KPIs and objectives. 

Client Management 

  • Build strong working relationships with mid-level client stakeholders, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact for campaign queries and updates. 

  • Act as a liaison between clients, media owners, agency village, and internal specialists to ensure seamless campaign delivery. 

  • Confidently present Tier 2 responses to briefs, post analysis campaigns, and own and present sections of quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders. 

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across budgets, timelines, reporting and campaign accuracy. 

Media Planning & Trading 

  • Use industry planning and buying tools to support cross-channel planning and delivery, ensuring data-led recommendations. 

  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation to improve results across channels.

Financial Management 

  • Support with campaign budgeting, forecasting and financial reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking of media investment. 

  • Lead monthly financial reporting and client invoicing processes where required. 

  • Ensure all campaign activity aligns with client agreements and internal financial procedures. 

A bit about you:  

  • Proven experience in media planning and buying across multiple channels, in particular traditional media.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; comfortable working with numbers, forecasting, reporting, and media planning tools. 

  • A confident communicator with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations with clarity. 

  • Self‑sufficient, proactive and solutions‑focused, thriving in environments where you can take full ownership of a client patch while still drawing on collaborative support when needed.
