Location: Kuala Lumpur, MY

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Working cross-functionally with the Sales Ops, Sales Org, Customer Operational Team, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Payroll and HR teams for Commission and Incentive system design and implementation
  • Fully understand Sales Commission Plan and sales contract interpretation
  • Collect data, observe workflows and monitor system activities to identify vulnerabilities or areas of improvement.
  • Support the Accounting team in preparation of monthly commission accruals, amortization and reconciliations
  • Act as Point of Contact for Performio system
  • Prepare and maintain sales commission/ incentive system process flow documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly sales operating report and statistics.
  • Responsible for commission projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
  • Drive systems improvement and implementation related to commission and User Acceptance Testing
  • Maintain, document, and adhere to internal controls to ensure Sox and internal control compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Sales commission experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Commercial contract interpretation experience.
  • Financial modeling knowledge.
  • Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is preferred.
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong work ethic and adaptable.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal customers.
  • Ability to collaborate with all the stakeholders
  • Adaptive and flexible to approach and solve issues by examining it from different angles.
