The estimated base pay range for this role is $106,000 - $175,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

- Manage client projects from start to finish, translating needs into actionable recommendations across base pay, incentive plans, executive compensation, and board pay.
- Act as a subject matter expert, sharing tools, methodologies, and insights with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct in-depth compensation analyses, including benchmarking, salary structure design, incentive modeling, and executive pay assessments.
- Partner with colleagues to identify and engage prospective clients, present proposals, and close new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to define project scope, timelines, and communication strategies-ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
- Use advanced analytics to interpret and present data to diverse audiences.
- Develop tools, templates, and processes that enhance quality and efficiency.
- Deliver findings to stakeholders including boards, executives, and employees through clear, impactful reports.
- Design and facilitate training sessions for leaders and staff-virtually and in-person.
- Collaborate across service lines to support broader client needs in strategy, change, and process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and drive additional value for clients.
- Mentor junior consultants.
- Stay current on trends impacting clients and services.
- Contribute to the growth of the talent management consulting practice.
- Engage in professional associations and community initiatives.
- Support firm-sponsored events and cross-functional service areas (e.g., succession planning, talent assessment, HR policy).

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, I/O psychology, accounting, or related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification - Preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years in compensation analysis or a related role.
- 5+ years in compensation or consulting preferred.
Travel:
- Up to 20% travel to client sites and conferences as needed.
