Job Description

The Senior Consultant Program Set-Up plays a key role in delivering advisory engagements focused on program set-up, transformation, and performance improvement across major capital programs. 

The role is responsible for owning defined workstreams, structuring complex problems, and delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs. Senior Consultants are expected to work independently, engage directly with client stakeholders, contribute to shaping solutions across engagements and leverage digital and AI-enabled approaches to enhance delivery. 

Qualifications

  • A Degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Commerce, or similar 
  • Professional certifications/accreditations (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, CFA) are advantageous but not required. 
  • Typically 4–8 years’ experience in management consulting, advisory, or complex program / infrastructure environments 
  • Demonstrated experience owning delivery of workstreams or project components within client engagements 
  • Experience working with and managing stakeholders across complex organisational environments 


    Exposure to infrastructure, including but not limited to:
  • Portfolio & Program Set-Up 
  • Controls & Performance 
  • Risk & Compliance 
  • PMO & EPMO 
  • Governance & Assurance  
  • Delivery Management Systems 
  • Benefits Management 
  • Experience contributing to problem structuring, analysis, and development of client recommendations
