Joining as a Senior Consultant for our TMS Solution, you will be working within a project team implementing our Transportation Management System, the most technological advanced and innovative software solving and optimizing the transportation challenges of our customers.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of a single software system integration project to include overall success of an implementation from inception to installation, including managing project scope, design, deliverables, issue escalation and resolution.
  • Work closely with cross function teams including sales, R&D, product development and related.
  • Ensure the development of professional client relationships, client satisfaction, and referenceability.
  • Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter. Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure.
  • Develop internal guidelines and create/implement best practices.
  • Manage the technical aspects of enterprise level software implementations with the assistance of project technical resources.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of Manhattan Associates’ software implementation methodology.
  • Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains, and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate.

Communication – You are a great communicator, written and verbal (in-person or virtual), clearly conveying information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
  • 3 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization
  • Up to 50% travel required
