We’re looking for a technically minded, detail-oriented Senior Content Scheduler to join our Content Scheduling team, based in Sydney. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end scheduling, QA, and delivery of client content using proprietary CMS and scheduling tools. You’ll also help uplift team output through process improvements, strong documentation, and support/mentoring of junior schedulers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own complex schedules end-to-end, including last-minute changes and dependencies
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders
  • QA/test content to confirm correct rendering across relevant devices/platforms
  • Maintain accurate records of launches, updates, and change history
  • Provide timely Level 2 content support, including investigation and troubleshooting
  • Triage issues, identify likely root cause, and escalate with clear, useful context
  • Contribute to improvements in workflows, QA checklists, and internal processes
  • Maintain and improve scheduling/support documentation and knowledge base
  • Support onboarding and uplift junior schedulers through training and guidance
  • Pull content reports on request using provided tools
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and strong quality mindset
  • Clearly communicate at all times, especially when something is unclear, blocked, or at risk
  • Be a reliable team player who shares knowledge and helps raise standards

About You:

  • Proven experience in content fulfilment, digital operations, QA, or similar delivery-focused work
  • Technically minded, with proven capability across a variety of software platforms
  • Confident learning and operating within proprietary tools and structured processes
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong comprehension and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Calm, methodical problem-solver who can troubleshoot issues and communicate clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in “first-time-right” quality
  • Collaborative and dependable,  you work well as part of a team 
  • Experience in tech environments and/or any coding background is a bonus!
  • Excitement to learn and be exposed to different capabilities and experiences within the agency.
  • The passion to champion your team within the agency!
