About the Project
ACCIONA delivers complex infrastructure solutions across civil, water, rail and mechanical and electrical works. Our teams manage high value work packages that demand strong governance, commercial rigour and technical excellence. The Senior Contracts Administrator supports M&E scopes across multiple projects, ensuring contractual compliance and driving commercial outcomes. You will join a collaborative group focused on innovation, quality and sustainable project delivery.
About the Opportunity
The Senior Contracts Administrator manages commercial and contractual activities for complex M&E work packages. The role oversees head contract obligations, variations, claims and subcontract management across multiple concurrent projects. You will partner with operations, procurement and finance teams to maintain robust cost control, forecasting and reporting. The role provides expert advice on contract interpretation, risk mitigation and commercial strategy. It also supports governance, fosters strong stakeholder relationships and mentors junior contract staff to build a high performing, solutions-focused team.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage head contracts and multiple M&E projects
- Lead cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Prepare tenders, negotiate terms and award contracts
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contract risk
- Manage subcontract performance and resolve disputes
- Support procurement and long lead equipment planning
- Provide commercial advice to project teams
Required Skills and Competencies
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commercial, Law, Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the Infrastructure environment
- Strong head contract and claim expertise
- Subcontract management capability
- EPC or ITC experience desirable but not essential
