Description

monday.com is looking for a Senior Creative & Events Marketing Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, strong experience in marketing across multiple channels, and a deep understanding of events design. You will be responsible for strategically navigating through our client-facing channels and executing with great attention to detail, while maintaining alignment with our overall style guidelines. This is a great opportunity to not only make your mark and reach millions of customers around the world, but also to contribute to building a strong brand and supporting the growth of a dynamic, global business.

You’ll be based in our Sydney CBD office and also enjoy flexible work options.

About The Role
  • Be an ambassador of the monday.com brand, creating and implementing our guidelines for each project.
  • Innovate continually within a design team to build and improve marketing initiatives that engage our customers.
  • Create and design large scale events that meet our customers and/or prospects.
  • Review work with an objective, data-driven eye, and apply learnings to future work.
  • Own strategic projects and lead them from A-Z.
  • Use strong communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast cross-functional team.
  • Be a strategic partner, not just a do-er — working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process focusing on client-facing events designing skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • A strong design portfolio consisting of online marketing assets, full campaigns, branding and strong graphic principles.
  • Positive attitude and great personality with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
  • Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related field.
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Please attach your portfolio with your resume when applying.

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
