Senior Custody Administrator
Location : Sydney

 

Description

As a Senior Custody Administrator, you will provide direct support and administration functions to the Custody team and Custody client groups promptly and efficiently. You will perform daily cash and asset reconciliations from IRESS to various custodians.

Job Specification:

  • Process and instruct client transactions, including Fixed Income, Equities, FX and Cash

  • Review and approve trade matching through IRESS

  • Calculation of client monthly interest

  • Liaise with Fund Managers and Custodians to ensure settlement of all transactions.

 

Skills Required:

  • Cash and asset reconciliations experience

  • Fixed income, equities, FX, cash and settlements experience

  • Experience in fund applications, reconciliations and use of Calastone and Citco portals

  • Advanced excel skills (VBA, Macros, vlookups, etc)

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or Mathematics preferred.

  • Private asset knowledge would also be a plus.
