This position is based in Sydney, Australia.
What You Will Do
- Develop Agentic AI Applications and Frameworks using best industry practices
- End-to-End AI Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications by integrating machine learning models into production environments.
- ML Model Development & Deployment: Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models, including Gen AI, LLMs, transformers, and deep learning models.
- Develop custom LLMs, apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model guardrails for responsible AI applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineers, DevOps, and product managers) to understand business needs and deliver AI solutions effectively.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including end-to-end model development and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python; Scala; or related languages
- Experience with full-stack AI application development, including backend APIs and frontend integration.
- Understanding of Gen AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques - Agentic AI; Fine Tuning; RAG;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and experience applying Gen AI/ML to solve real work problems, including deployment of end to end ML pipelines.
- Interest in Generative AI and Large Language Models like Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation, LLMOps, Making custom LLM models, fine tuning etc, Guardrails.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
