What You Will Do - Job Responsibilities

 

  • End-to-End AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications by integrating machine learning models into production environments.
  • ML Model Development & Deployment: Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models, including GenAI, LLMs, transformers, and deep learning models.
  • Implement robust MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and deployment using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and H2O ML Ops.
  • Develop custom LLMs, apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, RAG, and model guardrails for responsible AI applications.
  • Deploy AI/ML models on AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-premise environments, ensuring efficient and scalable AI infrastructure.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineers, DevOps, and product managers) to understand business needs and deliver AI solutions effectively.


What We Are Looking For
 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including end-to-end model development and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc. H2O.ai is a plus
  • Experience with full-stack AI application development, including backend APIs and frontend integration.
  • Understanding of Gen AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • In depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and experience applying GenAI/ML to solve real work problems, including deployment of end to end ML pipelines.
  • Interest in Generative AI and Large Language Models like Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLMOps, and making custom LLM models, fine tuning etc, Guardrails.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
