Who are we?

HubSpot is a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform for scaling companies. Tens of thousands of customers all over the world use our marketing, sales, and customer success software to grow their businesses. It's our mission to not just help them grow, but to help them grow better.

At HubSpot, we believe that our values live in our hearts, not our hallways. We want to build a company where people feel empowered to do their best work, wherever they are. Our ANZ office is located in Sydney’s CBD, however this role is open to remote workers based anywhere in Australia.

What’s the role?

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our ANZ Corporate Team. As a Senior CSM, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 130 corporate customers. You will be critical in ensuring their growth, maximising ROI from HubSpot products, and driving high engagement and retention - balancing deep, strategic relationships with top-priority customers and scalable engagement across your broader book.

You will need to expertly prioritise your efforts, identifying and doubling down on high-impact opportunities while efficiently engaging all customers in your portfolio. You’ll mentor colleagues and continually push for process improvement and customer experience innovation.

What will I do?

  • Primary Ownership & Portfolio Accountability: Own a portfolio of complex corporate customers as the primary point of contact, accountable for growth, value realisation, and long-term retention.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships across customer organisations, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Customer Strategy & Value Delivery: Lead high-impact strategy conversations to define success outcomes and co-create roadmaps that drive measurable ROI and deep HubSpot adoption.
  • Expansion & Growth Ownership: Identify, develop, and convert expansion opportunities in partnership with customers and internal sales teams.
  • Customer Health & Risk Management: Proactively monitor customer health using AI-native tools and Success Excellence Metrics to mitigate risk, strengthen renewals, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HubSpot leadership, Sales, Product, and Contract Management to ensure seamless renewals and accurate forecasting.
  • Mentorship & Best Practice Leadership: Coach teammates, contribute to shared resources, and help define best practices that scale customer success across the corporate segment.
  • Continuous Improvement & Scale: Leverage AI, data, and predictive insights to increase consulting impact and efficiency, sharing learnings across the CS organisation.
  • Culture & Values Leadership: Embody HubSpot’s HEART values by solving for the customer, being bold, learning fast, and moving forward together.

Who are you?

  • Executive-Level Communicator: Confident influencing and presenting to senior and executive stakeholders, clearly articulating strategy, outcomes, and ROI both verbally and in writing.
  • Commercially Sharp: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect HubSpot’s solutions to customer outcomes and measurable business impact.
  • Data-Driven Operator: Skilled in using data, AI-native tools, and predictive insights to manage customer health, mitigate risk, and prioritise engagement at scale.
  • Technically Curious & Adaptable: Comfortable adopting new technologies quickly, with experience using SaaS and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) to drive customer success.
  • Highly Organised & Impact-Focused: Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to prioritise effectively across a large and diverse portfolio.
  • Mentor & Continuous Improver: Demonstrated passion for continuous learning, coaching others, and improving processes to raise the bar for the broader CS organisation.
  • Thrives in Change: Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, AI-enabled, and remote-first environment.

What are the benefits?

  • HubSpot Stock units
  • Hybrid work environment - You can choose to work from Home, Office or Flex!
  • Structured new hire training and onboarding
  • An education allowance up to USD$5,000 per annum
  • Flexible Time Off Policy + a week of rest!
