Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager, Customer Success, this role involves taking on a more senior level of responsibility within the CSM team, on top of partnering with Sales to drive behavioural change, adoption and sustainable growth of product usage within our customer segments.
Based in the Sydney office, you will work closely with the CSM leadership group on strategic projects, Sales and the wider Customer Success team, and more broadly with the Sales & Service, Product, ComEx, Marketing & Strategy functions.
Your understanding of the current employment marketplace will enable you to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, uncover their sourcing and recruitment challenges, educate them on our products and assist them by developing tailored engagement solutions to meet their business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored consulting & recommendations within all stakeholder interactions, adjusting style to engage multiple audience types & deliver on business strategic priorities
- Identify, create & lead projects to achieve strategic goals within the CSM team, ensuring collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the business & in market where required
- Communicate strategically to influence senior stakeholders, internally & externally, to deliver on projects/additional work streams
- Use your analytical skills to identify target clients, then work closely with Sales and those clients to tailor engagement plans to drive product adoption, usage, retention
- Work closely with clients to identify their strategic sourcing needs & facilitate sessions with leaders, teams & individuals through webinars & face-to-face workshops, providing ongoing market feedback through to the SEEK Product teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of SEEK client segments & market conditions, tailoring conversations accordingly
- Confidently articulate SEEK story & purpose to align with specific client needs
- As SME on core & emerging topics, provide coaching to other team members & SEEK stakeholders
- Draw on SME knowledge of all segment types & market conditions when creating strategies & plans for multiple stakeholder groups
- Contribute &/or implement ideas on how admin may be streamlined/enhanced for team
- Proactively identify risk/problem areas & own end-to-end project delivery on solutions that meet the CSM team strategy & goals
- Proven track record of building strong client and internal stakeholder relationships across all levels within an organisation, plus managing senior stakeholder expectations.
