The Opportunity
The Adobe Security Coordination Center is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Defence Analyst to play a key role in investigating, analysing, and responding to complex cybersecurity incidents. Your expertise across Windows, Linux, server environments, and cloud technologies, coupled with strong analytical capabilities, will be crucial in swiftly identifying threats, managing incidents, and safeguarding Adobe's critical assets and business operations. If you're passionate about cybersecurity and want to help shape and elevate our defensive capabilities, we encourage you to join our global team!
What You Will Do

  • Conduct detailed cybersecurity investigations, leveraging critical thinking to identify indicators of compromise and coordinating effective incident containment and response.

  • Manage cases meticulously, documenting all investigative actions clearly to support accurate resolutions.

  • Engage in varied rotational activities within the Security Coordination Center, including incident response, cyber threat hunting, and detection engineering.

  • Lead case reviews, identify improvements in investigative processes, and provide mentorship to junior analysts.

  • Participate actively in tabletop exercises and incident simulations.

  • Continuously monitor emerging threats and maintain expertise in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

  • Actively engage as an integral member of a global, 24/7 cyber defensive operations team, including weekend coverage as part of a rotation.

  • Develop, refine, and maintain detailed investigative process documentation.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity incident analysis and response, ideally within a high-performing Security Operations environment.

  • Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (such as Splunk or similar technologies) and endpoint detection and response tools across multiple operating systems and environments (Windows, Linux, server, and cloud).

  • Strong familiarity with cybersecurity tools, threat intelligence, malware analysis, and network security fundamentals.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making under pressure.

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, FERPA, and PCI.

  • Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

  • Proven capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
