Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior .NET / React Developer to join a high-performing team delivering scalable, modern digital solutions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full stack, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to build impactful, user-focused applications.
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions while mentoring developers and driving best practices across the engineering lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#) and React
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Lead code reviews and champion clean code, testing, and performance optimisation
- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in .NET / C# (Core / .NET 6+ preferred)
- Solid front-end experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with API design, microservices, and system integration
- Familiarity with Azure / AWS and cloud-native development
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to modern UI/UX practices
- Background in financial services or enterprise environments
