Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior .NET / React Developer to join a high-performing team delivering scalable, modern digital solutions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full stack, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to build impactful, user-focused applications.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions while mentoring developers and driving best practices across the engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#) and React
  • Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions
  • Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Lead code reviews and champion clean code, testing, and performance optimisation
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in .NET / C# (Core / .NET 6+ preferred)
  • Solid front-end experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with API design, microservices, and system integration
  • Familiarity with Azure / AWS and cloud-native development
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with Agile delivery environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to modern UI/UX practices
  • Background in financial services or enterprise environments
