About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to shape how Juniper shows up to patients across the funnel, from first touch through to onboarding and key patient moments.

You’ll join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia, responsible for Conversion, Retention, and Cross-sell. Your design craft will support these metrics while helping build patient trust across every key touchpoint: landing pages, purchase journeys, onboarding flows, lifecycle emails, and other conversion-critical experiences.

This is a role for a senior designer who leads through craft, collaborates deeply with copy and growth partners, and leaves a clear fingerprint on patient-facing experiences for a brand committed to making healthcare feel human.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own design execution for Juniper AU growth initiatives across web and key lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Drive high-quality design execution across web and mobile surfaces, ensuring experiences are clear, trustworthy, accessible, and conversion-focused.
  • Rapidly iterate on designs from problem definition through to release, balancing speed with craft and patient empathy.
  • Balance strong design judgment with close collaboration across growth, CRO, copy, legal, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver patient-first experiences.
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and behavioural requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Contribute to raising the design bar across the Growth team by modelling excellent craft, strong judgment, and thoughtful feedback.
  • Support the evolution of shared design systems and components to improve consistency, quality, and speed.
 About You
  • 3–5+ years’ experience as a digital or product designer, with a strong portfolio of shipped, patient- or user-facing work that has moved metrics.
  • You’re a craft leader: detail-oriented, thoughtful, and rigorous in how you explore, validate, and execute design solutions.
  • Confident navigating ambiguity, bringing clarity to fuzzy problems, and moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong design judgment, with the ability to make confident calls at critical customer moments.
  • Takes ownership of work end-to-end while remaining pragmatic and flexible as requirements evolve.
  • Makes thoughtful decisions with an understanding of opportunity cost and broader impact.
  • Strong grasp of design processes and frameworks, with good judgment on when to apply them rigorously versus lightly.
  • Motivated by designing work that genuinely helps people make confident, informed healthcare decisions.
  • Experience in healthcare, DTC, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
