The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator will execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize retention, manage schedules, and analyze performance metrics for Showpo.

The Position
This exciting role supports the digital marketing team at Showpo in driving business growth, brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue through innovative, creative and data-driven digital strategies at a really exciting time! As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in executing performance marketing campaigns, optimising retention efforts, and supporting an omnichannel strategy that enhances Showpo's brand positioning across AU, US & UK. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to improving campaign execution and performance.
Day to day, you will:
- Assist in the setup, launch, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across channels including Paid Social, TikTok, Google, and CRM.Work alongside a digital agency/ consultants, implement online customer acquisition, and measurement strategies
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Coordinate campaign execution across teams to ensure timely delivery of promotions, seasonal campaigns, and key trading moments.
- Manage campaign scheduling and ensure marketing activity aligns with the broader trade calendar.
- Work with the Affiliate Marketing partner to develop activity and launch international programmes Act as a linch pin between digital and brand marketing ensuring consistent brand creative and messaging across platforms.
- Create detailed briefs for the graphics team to ensure marketing materials are developed according to campaign requirements, trends and brand guidelines. Efficiently hand over marketing materials to the appropriate agency or account manager.
- Coordinate video asset production and ensure a consistent pipeline of creative for testing and optimisation.
- Analyse video performance metrics (hook rate, CTR, CPA, watch time) to guide future creative development.
- Coordinate partnership ads (whitelisted creator ads) across Meta and TikTok, ensuring assets are correctly approved and activated within paid campaigns.
- Monitor partnership ad performance and identify opportunities to scale top-performing creator contentStay informed on market trends, competitors’ performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including order management and invoicing, to ensure the smooth operation of the affiliate program.
Who are you?
- Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and email/SMS marketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to react to challenges and adjust strategies as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
