Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A bit about your role
As our Senior Digital Producer, you will create and deliver high‑quality content across nbn’s digital ecosystem, including the public website, customer centre, email and chatbot channels. You will partner closely with marketing, brand and product SME’S to gather insights and translate them into clear, engaging and accessible content that supports customer understanding and business outcomes. With a strong sense of agency, you will manage the content go‑to‑market timeline end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery is seamless.
You will edit and proofread digital content to ensure it aligns with nbn’s brand voice and best‑practice standards. Using data and customer insights, you will recommend improvements to content, UX and UI, enhancing copy and layout to improve the customer experience and work closely with IT Delivery teams to support the ongoing evolution of nbn’s digital platforms within an Agile environment.
This opportunity is a part‑time job share role, three days per week, in a 7-month fixed term contract.
A bit about you
You have hands‑on experience delivering content‑led initiatives, from complex migration projects through to content refresh, simplification and thoughtful categorisation that improves clarity and usability. You have exceptional stakeholder management skills and operate as a collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships and influences with care.
You are confident using Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress or similar CMS platforms, with a solid understanding of HTML and URL content structures. You bring capability in basic graphic design and multimedia editing, along with experience in analytics, reporting and insights generation, and a genuine interest in emerging technologies such as generative AI, marketing automation tools and Google Analytics.
