About the Team

Our Digital Sales team manages complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of Customer Base Account Executives, pre-sales, value management, bid management, marketing and sales support.
As a Digital Sales Manager, you will use your extensive sales and leadership experience to lead, coach and mentor a team of Digital Sales - Account Executives selling Workdays Solutions to Workday's Customer Base

About the Role

As a Manager,

  • You will lead a team of passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated people who want to be part of one of the most disruptive cloud companies on the planet

  • You will be a key sales leader on the team focused on driving add-on business for Workday.  

  • Your team will manage complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of customer base AEs, pre-sales, value management, sales development, marketing, and sales support.

  • You will implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio.

  • You will coach individuals early in their sales careers to employ best practices and develop the skillset necessary to advance to a field sales role.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and leadership

  • Experience as a leader in a team selling environment

Other Qualifications

  • APAC experience is highly preferred , though not essential

  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment

  • Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize on sales opportunities

  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
