The Role
We are seeking a Document Controller to support a significant water infrastructure project. This is an 18-month contract, initially based in North Sydney, transitioning to Parramatta once the project mobilises.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing meticulous attention to detail and ideally experience within an engineering consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the document control process
- Ensure all project deliverables meet ISO9001 requirements (Quality, tracking and document checking)
- Assist with submissions, downloads/distribution/workflows/system administration
- Produce Project Quality Plans and ensure that the team meets any client governance and review requirements.
- Track progress against milestones, actively provide updates for project scheduling and tracking in the project schedule back to the team.
- Overall coordination of the team, driving data analysis and reporting through the various teams, financial, quality, comms, etc.
- Non-financial KPI reviews
About You
- Well-developed experience with document control systems (e.g., TeamBinder) ideally gained within an engineering or related industry environment
- Previous document control experience for large scale infrastructure pojects
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
