A bit about your role
The Senior End User Technology Engineer contributes to the delivery and ongoing enhancement of nbn’s end-user technology platforms. This position supports the operational stability and continuous improvement of environments such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, and device SOE, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational needs.
The role involves leading platform configuration, lifecycle management, and service monitoring, with a focus on maintaining performance and compliance. Collaboration is central to this position, with regular engagement across engineering, support, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding. The engineer also plays a key role in translating business requirements into practical solutions, maintaining documentation, and supporting platform evolution through thoughtful innovation.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise IT environments, with a strong foundation in end-user platform operations and digital workplace technologies. A background in Microsoft 365, Citrix, and endpoint security is essential, along with familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL practices. A considered and inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement is highly valued, as is the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across diverse teams.
This role suits someone who is analytical, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement. A systems-thinking mindset and a steady, solutions-oriented approach will support success in a dynamic and evolving environment.
