We’re hiring an L3 (Senior) Front-End leaning Full-Stack Engineer to lead the evolution of our survey analytics and reporting experiences shaping technical direction while delivering accessible, performant data visualizations and the APIs behind them.

What you'll do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex reporting features and visualization workflows.
  • Set technical direction for front-end architecture, performance, accessibility, and reliability.
  • Partner with product, design, data, and backend to define scope, sequence work, and ship incrementally.
  • Elevate engineering quality: testing strategy, observability, CI/CD hygiene, and design system contributions.
  • Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and design docs; contribute to a healthy engineering culture.
The impact you'll have
  • Make complex survey data simple, trustworthy, and actionable for decision-makers.
  • Reduce latency and improve perceived performance across high-traffic reporting views.
  • Advance our visualization patterns and component library for scale, consistency, and a11y.
  • Influence platform and API design to unlock new reporting capabilities.
Your experience
  • Proven track record delivering and owning complex React/TypeScript features at scale.
  • Strength in front-end performance, accessibility (WCAG), and design system architecture.
  • Comfortable designing and working with services/APIs (Node/TypeScript or Ruby services, REST APIs).
  • Strong product instincts and communication; can break down ambiguity and drive alignment.
  • Nice to have: Next.js, tailwind CSS, analytics/reporting UX, experimentation, data viz libraries, GraphQL and Rest API design.
