The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across some of Adobe’s largest commercial enterprise accounts. This role blends proactive selling with strategic account management, ensuring customers maximise their investment. 
 

As a trusted advisor, you’ll expand customer adoption by introducing new solutions, growing the footprint of existing services, avoiding product attrition, and ensuring Adobe delivers an outstanding return on investment. Your expertise will help customers achieve their business goals while strengthening Adobe’s long-term partnerships. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and execute a strategic sales plan for a portfolio of enterprise customers in the commercial sector. 

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, line-of-business leaders, and IT/procurement. 

  • Become an authority in Adobe’s Digital Media solutions (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and more) and articulate their value to customers. 

  • Develop and maintain effective account plans, driving new business growth, engagement, and timely enterprise contract renewals. 

  • Proactively conduct outbound business development activities, growing awareness and generating new pipeline opportunities. 

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring customers continue to see value and return on their Adobe investment. 

  • Build customer-specific proposals and negotiate contractual arrangements 

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data, upholding the highest levels of integrity and visibility. 

  • Collaborate with reseller and solution partners to enhance Adobe’s market presence. 

  • Represent Adobe at industry events, customer meetings, and relevant trade shows. 

  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets (USD$), ensuring strong quarterly performance. 

What You Need to Succeed 

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in the IT sector, with a track record of exceeding targets. 

  • Strong experience building and driving territory and account plans from prospecting through to deal closure. 

  • A high-performance attitude with a passion for getting results and overachieving. 

  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and negotiate multi-year agreements in complex organisations. 

  • Expertise in delivering value-based, customer-centric sales conversations. 

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a structured and strategic approach. 

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. 

  • Degree/Diploma/Masters or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or IT. 

  • Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and leading internal account teams.
