Deliverables

What You’ll Do

Act as the right hand to the CEO—anticipating needs, solving problems before they’re spoken.
Research, investigate, and become an instant expert on new topics, industries, and regions.
Build and nurture a global network of contacts—from industry leaders to niche specialists.
Manage executive priorities, calendar, travel, and communication with ruthless efficiency.
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion.
Provide project support across business ventures, partnerships, and new initiatives.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Senior EA, Chief of Staff, or high-level PA.
An insatiable curiosity and ability to master new industries and projects quickly.
Exceptional research skills—turning noise into clear, actionable insight.
A global mindset: you’re comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and industries.
High EQ and communication skills—you can talk to anyone and get results.
Proactivity, resilience, and a calm head when things get hectic (because they will).
