KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in deploying the design & development of turn-key automated systems to the production process in order to support and enhance the strategic needs of the business.
- Deploy the mechanisms to govern the achievement of design and manufacturing deliverables, report status of the projects ensuring issues and risks are resolved to meet project timescales.
- Support the system from prototype development to production solution deployment in the plant and closely work with central autonomation team to deliver effective results.
- Develop, implement & sustain “Built in Quality” and systems engineering approach, governing the acquisition of automated systems solutions in order to facilitate a lean culture.
- Assist in leading the technical discussion and provide technical direction on prototype system design in order to build an electro mechanical prototype device.
- Implement small to medium scale process innovations which will benefit either as cost savings or process improvements.
- Apply lean knowledge and initiate improvements in order to create a lean manufacturing environment.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Autonomation.
- 3-4 years of relevant work Experience
- PLC, HMI programming and troubleshooting Machine automation project development Electrical panel.
- design and wiring Breakdown analysis and root cause identification Team.
- leadership and cross functional coordination.
- Experience in industrial automation.
- Experience in developing and implementing autonomation projects in production floor Practical
- Experience in panel building and machine integration .
- Experience handling critical machine breakdowns.
- Experience in coordinating with other teams.
