Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist in implementing MOS initiatives whilst keeping record of the performance measures to ensure a Lean culture is achieved and sustained within the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas where MOS initiatives can be implemented, as part of the implementation team at the relevant plants, business teams and Support teams, whilst working alongside the internal teams to study and implement such initiatives.

  • Work alongside internal teams at the plants, Business Divisions and support teams on various initiatives in order to develop a lean culture and ensure the proper implementation of MOS practices.

  • Conduct relevant MOS training, coaching for MOS champions, other identified persons in the allocated plants, Business Divisions.

  • Support services to facilitate the MOS certification process for trainees and ensure the availability of effectively trained staff to take forward MOS practices within the plants.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Degree in Statistics or Physical Science.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Basic Knowledge on MS Power BI Platform and good Analytical Skills.
  • Knowledge on MS Excel, Power Point, Word.
  • Good communication skills.
