The job scope of a Product Marketing role for CCSB financing products involves creating and executing strategies to promote Hire Purchase, Dealer Financing, and Insurance Solutions for CARSOME consumers. This includes developing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, identifying dealer needs, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners, and handling partnership initiatives to foster growth. The role also requires working closely with sales teams to equip them with the necessary materials and knowledge to effectively promote these financing products. The ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and ensure dealer satisfaction through effective marketing, partnerships, and promotional efforts.
Your Day-to-Day (Job Description)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the Hire Purchase, Dealer Financing, and Insurance space, making recommendations for product enhancements and new offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform the product roadmap, marketing strategies, and partnership initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including target market identification, value propositions, messaging, and positioning that resonate with target audiences.
- Create compelling product positioning and marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and digital content to effectively communicate the product's benefits and features.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide the necessary tools, training, and resources for successful promotion and sales of the CCSB financing products.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities for collaboration with key stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors to drive growth and innovation.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising, to generate leads, increase conversions, and support partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure marketing and partnership success, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration to leverage internal resources and expertise for project and partnership success.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing and partnership objectives.
Your Know-How
- Education: STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Job Related Experience: More than 1 years’ experience in business and marketing management
- Specific Knowledge / Skills: Defining milestones, project management, data analysis, risk management
- Business Understanding: Knowledge of end-to-end business cycle in financing environment
