As a key member of our finance team, you will deliver the insightful workforce analysis and comprehensive headcount reporting that drives strategic decisions for our global team. You will act as a guardian of workforce data integrity, translating complex metrics into actionable stories that help leadership understand geographic mixes, attrition, and productivity.
Your work will directly influence how we scale by building sophisticated financial models and tools, such as trade-off simulators for various hiring scenarios. By centralising our headcount reporting into a single source of truth, you ensure that our talent strategy is backed by precision and deep financial expertise.
The team & how they connectYou will join a collaborative finance group that partners closely with Talent Acquisition and People Experience to ensure all strategic decisions are well-informed. While your manager is based in the US, you will work alongside teammates in Australia and New Zealand, creating a round-the-sun support model that prioritises flexibility and seamless handoffs.
Initially, you will focus onLeveraging Anaplan to automate workforce reporting and implementing self-service hiring plan tools for leaders.
Developing the finance model for annual workforce planning and responding to critical ad-hoc reporting requests.
Collaborating with People Experience teams to build continuity between Workday and our core finance systems.
Refining the data pipeline within Snowflake or similar data warehouses to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Your background includes sophisticated financial modelling in Excel or Google Sheets, paired with the ability to weave data into clear narratives for VPs and executive leadership.
You possess a proactive, action-oriented mindset, naturally looking for ways to turn ad-hoc requests into automated, efficient processes.
Having experience with Anaplan or basic SQL will be a significant advantage in managing our complex data environment.
You demonstrate strong business partnership skills, showing the confidence to both support and provide constructive pushback to stakeholders on personnel cost drivers.
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics provides the foundational knowledge needed for this technical analytical role.
