We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to lead the OCNIS (Other Costs Not in Standard) and Inventory management process for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) MedTech business. This position is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial improvements. The role combines strategic analysis, business partnering, and process ownership to deliver value-added insights and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning & Reporting
Act as BU lead for OCNIS and Inventory processes.
Prepare OCNIS and Inventory plans during key financial cycles (FBP/JU/NU).
Track and analyze financial commitments across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow.
Identify risks and opportunities to meet financial targets.
Prepare and consolidate presentations for local and regional stakeholders.
Collaborate with finance teams (FP&A COE, GS Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Compliance, Tax, Treasury).
Drive continuous improvement and process simplification initiatives.
Compliance & Best Practice
Ensure monthly and quarterly SOX requirements are met.
Implement WWP/guideline changes and support audits (internal/external).
Maintain 100% compliance with WW Guidelines and US GAAP.
Month-End, Quarter-End & Annual Processes
Perform BVA analysis and ensure financial targets are met.
Generate inventory reports and review ESO provisions.
Prepare ESO forecast files and annual Stratification files.
Conduct annual Cost Roll Analysis and review cross charges for accuracy.
Supply Chain Projects
Support inventory-related projects and conduct scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA/CA or equivalent financial certification.
Minimum 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of SOX controls and US GAAP.
Experience with SAP, Tableau, and TM1 reporting tools.
