The Opportunity
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will support the Retail business through accurate analysis and strategic reporting. The role involves preparing asset plans, maintaining financial models, and partnering with stakeholders to drive decision-making. You’ll contribute to portfolio performance, influence management decisions, and continuously improve reporting processes within a collaborative, high-performing team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Prepare and maintain financial models to analyze key investment metrics and support strategic decision-making for the retail portfolio.
Review external valuations and collaborate with investment and valuation teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal assumptions.
Coordinate and deliver timely, accurate portfolio and fund-level reporting, providing clear explanations and insights.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful analysis, recommendations, and performance benchmarking.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and data visualization to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CA/CPA certification is preferred.
Experience in analytical roles within property or retail, with a background in property valuation highly regarded.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Yardi Core Solutions, Forecast Manager, and TM1.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Excellent prioritization, time management, and a proactive, accountable approach to work within a high-performing team.
