The Opportunity

The Senior Finance Manager will report to the Senior Director, JAPAC Finance. You will play a pivotal role in providing insights into the business and offer recommendations that will drive growth. This role partners with Finance and Sales ACS leaders across Japan and APAC and has the ability to influence senior and executive management decisions, inspire change, and challenge status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth.

What you'll Do

  • Deliver critical business analysis, as well as defining and reporting significant financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful & impactful business decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business initiatives.

  • Understand and communicate quarterly plan variances, risks, and opportunities through effective story telling.

  • Partner with the local and global finance teams, for bookings, revenue, expense forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Deliver timely and accurate executive level reporting and insights.

  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Effectively work across matrixed organizations, maintaining credibility and positive relationships with key business partners and collaborators across the geographies and company.

  • Partner with teams to drive automated, easy access, self-serve, real time financial information (topline, expense and & headcount).

  • Lead discussions about budget prioritization, ROI maximization,

  • Ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
