What this opportunity involves:
JLL is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Senior Finance Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will drive financial service delivery excellence, manage key stakeholder relationships, and contribute to our superior client service culture.
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the financial function for a major corporate account, including profitability management and all client deliverables
- Partner with the Account Manager to manage senior client and finance relationships, contract variations, and negotiations
- Oversee offshore finance service centres and associated AP/AR functions
- Deliver periodic financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for both the client and JLL
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain JD Edwards general ledger and ensure robust financial controls
- Support vendor procurement processes in collaboration with the Procurement team
- Ensure audit-worthy financial accounting and minimize adverse audit findings

Key Skills and Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar finance management role with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification with property industry experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills with strong analytical capabilities and understanding of IT systems
- Proven ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships across client, account, and finance teams
- Strong cost management, budget oversight, and profitability monitoring experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a process-focused, problem-solving mindset
- Flexible, adaptable management style with demonstrated capacity to balance client needs with firm requirements
