Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting the ANZ MedTech business. This role can be located in Sydney, Australia or Singapore.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager ANZ MedTech, the Senior FP&A Analyst will support the ANZ MedTech business, leading the broader finance team through planning cycles, as well as reporting and analytics. Success in this role will require developing relationships with the business unit finance (BUF) team as well as relevant business partners to ensure their financial planning & analytics (FP&A) needs are being met.

This position will play a pivotal role in forging internal collaboration across the ANZ finance team to ensure high service delivery. You will ensure appropriate standardization of FP&A activities within the cluster and will support the FP&A organization in identifying and evaluating opportunities to refine and enhance the global standards. You will serve a key part in implementing and refining new FP&A capabilities for the wider MedTech Asia Pacific FP&A team.

You will work closely with other tiers of Finance to maintain an understanding of the broader P&L. Your core understanding of the FP&A process, as well as your ability to take ownership for performance and development of others, will be vital to the success of the MedTech Asia Pacific FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

  • FP&A activities
  • Business Plan and Monthly/Quarterly Update Support
  • Standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution
  • Standardization / Capability Build
  • Drive Global & Regional FP&A standards / digital capabilities within the MedTech Asia Pac group
  • Support the FP&A Organization on standardization efforts within the Commercial group
  • Develop business acumen within self & team to improve business insights
  • Issue/Query Management
  • Prioritization / primary review of deliverables within the FP&A team

Required

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance-related discipline
  • CPA, CMA or other financial certification will be advantageous
  • At least 8 years of relevant FP&A experience.
  • Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes.
  • Strong influencer, independent thinking, and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.
  • Passion for people development and talent management is critical.
  • Proven experienced professional with strong communication skills who can interact with senior management
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
