The Senior FP&A and Reporting Analyst will drive the accurate and timely creation and delivery of financial and management reporting for the Quantium Group globally. The role will work collaboratively with the FP&A and Group Reporting team, the Commercial Finance team, and broader finance.

Specifically, the role will cover month-end results, OPEX, CFO reporting, Business Reviews, Business Unit reporting, Quarterly forecasting, driving the annual budgeting process and driving continuous improvement in FP&A.

 

How You'll Create Impact?

  • Drive monthly forecasting, month end close, divisional P&L reporting, and annual budgeting processes
  • Monitor financial performance and provide analysis including risks, insights, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to finance projects and work with the finance transformation team to implement changes
  • Managing and analysing Operating Expenses (OPEX)

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5-8 years' experience in a similar FP&A or financial analysis role
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities in finance and management accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (power query, pivot tables, complex modeling)
  • Experience with financial planning tools like Anaplan
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage complex data sets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities (essential in a dynamic environment)
