About the Role (your why)

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll be a key part of designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on the .NET and React ecosystems. You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and implement both front-end and back-end components of web applications, focusing on the .NET and React stacks.
  • .NET Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency with the .NET technology stack, including .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related services to build robust back-end systems and APIs.
  • React Development: Develop user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You'll focus on user experience and responsive design.
  • API Development: Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party services.
  • Database Management: Design and manage relational databases like SQL Server and write efficient SQL queries. Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework is a plus.
  • Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
  • Deployment & CI/CD: Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS). Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Code Reviews & Mentoring: Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share best practices. You may also mentor junior developers.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Skills:

Experience & Core Skills
  • 4-5 years of experience with the .NET technology stack.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with React.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

.NET & C#
  • Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and advanced C# language features.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and well-documented RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, including performance tuning for database interactions.

React & Front-End
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and a solid understanding of TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of core React concepts, including components, hooks, and an understanding of state management using a library like Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and using component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design) to build consistent, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Knowledge of front-end performance best practices, including techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization.
Other Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., SQL Server).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
