- Work across the full stack, contributing to everything from data pipelines and content publishing tools to user-facing features that help investors make smarter decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape features that are technically sound and deliver real value to users.
- Apply modern engineering approaches to solve complex problems pragmatically, we prioritise elegant, maintainable solutions over complexity.
- Grow your skills through mentorship, ownership, and exposure to high-impact projects, with potential to grow into a lead role over time.
Who are we looking for?
- A strong full stack engineer with experience building production systems across modern web technologies (e.g. TypeScript, Vue/React, Node.js, etc.).
- Cloud/AWS experience is a plus - All of our engineers play a role in managing our infrastructure.
- Comfortable working across both frontend and backend codebases, with a solid understanding of software architecture and performance trade-offs.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset. You know how to ship great code without over-engineering.
- Someone who’s curious about financial markets (or eager to learn) and excited to work on tools that empower retail and professional investors.
- A collaborative, thoughtful team member who values clean code, constructive feedback, and continual learning.
Why you’ll love working with us
- We’re profitable, founder-led, and independently owned. No VC pressure, just a clear mandate to build valuable, enduring technology.
- Engineering sits at the core of our product and business strategy, not as a service function.
- You’ll be joining at a pivotal time: we’re replacing legacy systems, launching new features, and building the future of our platforms from the ground up.
- You’ll be part of a senior, tight-knit team where autonomy, impact, and quality are valued above red tape or fluff.
- You’ll help create the platform that unlocks new revenue opportunities, supports 1M+ investors, and enables the future of financial media in Australia.
Perks
- Flexible Work: Hybrid work environment: split your time between home and the office (or potentially work remotely).

- If you're ready to build, innovate, and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!
