What you’ll do at Jamf:
At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Senior Global Revenue Strategy Analyst serves as a strategic revenue operations leader and subject matter expert within Jamf's executive team, driving enterprise-wide revenue transformation through advanced analytics, organizational leadership, and strategic business partnership. This senior-level role combines advanced analytical expertise with executive influence to shape revenue strategy, lead organizational change, and establish the analytical foundation for Jamf's global growth initiatives. This Senior Role also includes acting as a mentor and advisor for day to day activities for the other Revenue Strategy Analysts on the team, and a leader within the group for cross department projects.  

This role is offered as hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office (156 Clarence Street Level 5. Sydney, NSW 2000) 3 days per week. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Australia and have sponsorship to live and work in Australia. #LI-Hybrid

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Gather and analyze data to help with KPI setting and maintenance
  • Manage and Solution incoming requests via tickets from business Stakeholder. Ability to not ONLY meet the needs of the Stakeholder but also critically think about the project and include additional information that would be relevant to the stakeholder and tangental teams
  • Learn and utilize various software tools such as Domo, Salesforce, Jira, Clari and Excel to complete tasks
  • Partner with Revenue Operations Program Managers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute on various global projects and initiatives
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and risks, delivering comprehensive solutions that extend beyond initial requirements to benefit primary stakeholders and adjacent teams
  • Anticipate revenue function needs and develop proactive solutions to address potential challenges before they impact business operations
  • Own end-to-end analytical projects from conception through implementation, ensuring deliverables meet strategic business objectives
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide analytical guidance to junior team members and cross-functional partners
  • Function as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders on revenue-critical decisions
  • Support high-priority revenue initiatives and provide analytical support for time-sensitive business decisions
  • Provide mentorship and analytical guidance to revenue analysts and cross-functional partners while demonstrating Jamf’s Core Values
  • Flexibility to occasionally collaborate outside standard business hours to support global teams across time zones

What we are looking for:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 5 Year experience with Excel and ability to skillfully analyze data to solve problems (Required)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience creating sophisticated reports and dashboards in CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) (Required)
  • Minimum 2 Years experience in utilizing DOMO or similar tool to generate complex workflows/visuals (Required)
  • Proven ability to quickly master new software tools and analytical platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and time-sensitive environments
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills. Detail-oriented documentation to manage projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills, navigate ambiguity, and proactively seek feedback, resources, and continuous learning opportunities
  • Ability to take on projects and complete from Start to Finish independently.
  • Taking complex problems and being able to describe solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
