Launching as a visionary e-commerce-only brand, we embraced bold innovation – and it transformed the industry! Today, we’ve expanded our reach across four continents, with 24 stunning global boutiques, shipping to over 80 countries, and establishing a strong global wholesale presence.

The Role:

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the execution, quality and delivery of creative assets across all digital, print, retail and wholesale channels. Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Creative Director, you’ll translate brand strategy into exceptional creative execution while ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.

This is a hands-on role that combines creative design, campaign development, content creation and day-to-day workflow management. You’ll also guide and mentor our Graphic Designer, helping to prioritise workloads, maintain creative standards and deliver high-quality work on time.

Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, a passion for design and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident working independently, collaborating across teams and bringing innovative ideas to life while ensuring all creative output reflects the Grace Loves Lace brand and values.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract, with an ideal start date in early January 2027. The role is full-time, based at our head office, however, we also welcome applications from candidates seeking a part-time arrangement of four days per week. Work-from-home flexibility is available one day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative execution from approved brief through to final production, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and Creative Director to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, product launches and promotions across digital, print, retail and wholesale.
  • Manage the day-to-day design workflow, prioritising tasks and mentoring the Graphic Designer to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
  • Design digital advertising, EDMs, social media content, press releases, sales collateral, packaging and internal communications.
  • Support website and e-commerce design, including banners, landing pages and content updates, using Shopify and other relevant platforms.
  • Edit, retouch and optimise photography and video content for digital, social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and creative templates, collaborating with Marketing on trend research and regular creative reviews.
  • Manage print requests and production, and support photoshoots, events and wider marketing initiatives as required.

Essential Knowledge/Behaviours:

  • Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Website Development, E-commerce or a related discipline, with demonstrated industry experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat.
  • Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify, with HTML coding skills.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
  • Strong creative vision, attention to detail and understanding of digital, print and brand design best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across teams and mentor junior designers.
  • A proactive, innovative approach and alignment with the Grace Loves Lace mission and GRACE values.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Substantial product discounts of 30% to 50% for yourself, your direct family and friends.
  • Access to an Employee Discount Platform, offering exclusive discounts at major Australian retailers.
  • Car novated leasing and salary packaging options through Flare.
  • Work-from-home options available one day per week.
  • The opportunity to join a passionate team within an international business.
  • Team rewards, a monthly employee recognition program, biannual team celebrations and many more perks that create a positive and rewarding work environment.

All candidates must have unrestricted working rights in Australia and will be required to provide two recent and relevant referees.

Although we value the time and effort you have taken to apply for this role, we will only contact candidates who are successful in progressing to the interview stage. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in joining GLL.
