  • Lead product marketing and go-to-market programs for priority products, defining positioning, target segments, customer journeys, value propositions, messaging, and adoption metrics.

  • Develop full-funnel lifecycle strategies for advanced traders, VIPs, high-value customers, and other priority segments, driving activation, feature adoption, retention, monetization, and lifetime value.

  • Design customer lifecycle, loyalty, reward, engagement, and reactivation programs that drive long-term retention and commercial growth.

  • Partner with Product, Data, Relationship Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to deliver coordinated, compliant, and user-centric lifecycle programs.

  • Monitor funnel conversion, product adoption, and lifecycle performance, identify retention and growth opportunities, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What We Look For In You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, retention growth, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing product marketing, go-to-market, or lifecycle initiatives from strategy through execution and performance reporting.
