We’re searching for a Senior GTM Engineer, AI Platforms to operate as an embedded technical partner within the RevOps team (Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, Marketing Ops, Partner Ops, and Revenue Enablement). This role sits at the center of our Revenue Organization, and will help shape the internal AI foundations and AI workflows across the customer journey. Your work will span prototyping and experimentation to integration and automation in production environments. You will also design, implement, and scale key initiatives on our internal AI GTM Roadmap.

As a Senior GTM Engineer, AI Platforms you’ll …
- Build Custom LLM Automations & Agents for GTM: Design, build, and ship custom LLM/GPT apps that speed up GTM workflows.
- Architect AI System Integrations: Stand up scalable tooling infrastructure that connects AI platforms (currently:,., OpenAI, Gemini, Google Gemini, Glean, NotebookLM, AWS Bedrock, Zapier, Workato, GCP, Pinecone, and more...) to core tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Outreach.
- Translate GTM Pain Into AI Workflows: Work across teams to map real GTM problems into intelligent, AI-backed automations – balance user experience, scalability, and business impact.
- Own Full-Stack AI Builds: From prototyping with APIs & webhooks to internal cloud function deployment – own the full build cycle and make systems talk to each other.
- Document & Enable AI Tools: Create docs, guides, and demos that help both technical and non-technical folks adopt, trust, and troubleshoot your builds.
- Run AI Experiments at Scale: Lead hands-on R&D with context engineering, varying RAG inputs, lightweight model tuning, and multimodal tools to find creative solutions to big GTM challenges.
- Drive Ethical AI Practices: Track usage, flag risks, and support responsible evaluation as AI becomes embedded in more of our GTM stack.

About you:Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
You’ll thrive as a Senior GTM Engineer, AI Platforms if you:
- Bring 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in a technical GTM, Revenue Operations, or Automation Engineering role, and must have supported Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams within a SaaS environment.
- Align AI with business impact: You design AI solutions that directly serve Revenue goals — knowing what matters to Sales, CS, and Marketing, and building with those outcomes in mind.
- Have an advanced AI foundation: You’re fluent in LLMs (and their APIs), vector databases, advanced context engineering, and RAG - - and know how to combine them effectively. You bring a growing toolkit of Agents, AI Workflows, Custom GPTs, and Gems to every project.Turn ideas into execution: You translate experimental concepts into production-ready solutions - - acting as the bridge between technical implementation and business needs, and communicating complex systems in simple, human terms.
- Code and connect systems confidently: You’re fluent in Python, or similar scripting languages. You design with and around APIs, webhooks, and integrate systems seamlessly.
- Understand GTM architecture: You’ve worked with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Workato, and understand how GTM systems interconnect — where data flows, where things break, and what RevOps actually needs.
- Balance autonomy with rigor: You’re highly self-directed and build responsibly - - maintaining enterprise-grade standards for access control, data security, and compliance without letting them slow you down.
- Collaborate across teams: You’re a strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments, bringing technical and non-technical teams together to deliver results.
- Have the receipts: You can point to internal tools, automation frameworks, or side projects that demonstrate your ability to move fast and solve real business problems.
