Job Description
SEEK is looking for a Senior Head of Design – Connect to lead the design strategy and execution across our Connect, Recruiter Products, and Incubation portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive design vision, elevate product experiences, and lead a passionate team that spans Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Reporting to the APAC Director of Design & Research, you'll collaborate closely with a dynamic and passionate Design Leaders to align design with SEEK's strategic goals and ensure our marketplace continues to delight 30 million users each month across 8 countries.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Shape a future-focused design strategy that’s grounded in customer needs and aligned to SEEK’s long-term business goals.
✅ Lead and mentor a diverse, talented team of designers and leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, empathy, and inclusion.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional peers in Product, Engineering, Research, and Strategy to deliver innovative, cohesive product experiences.
✅ Champion human-centred design practices, using quantitative and qualitative research to guide decision-making.
✅ Drive incubation and early-stage product innovation, using prototyping, testing, and customer feedback to inform design direction.
✅ Represent design at the senior leadership level, advocating for the value of design in driving commercial success.
