Job Description

Are you passionate about HR and ready to make your mark in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We want to hear from you! We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our growing team. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover, reporting to the Senior Business Partner. You’ll work alongside a dedicated group of HR Advisors, supporting stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle.

In this true generalist position, you’ll thrive in a collaborative and agile environment. Your responsibilities will span everything from providing expert HR guidance and coaching to managers and supporting our employees, to leading and streamlining key cyclical processes including performance reviews and compensation planning. You’ll play a critical role in driving HR initiatives forward, ensuring smooth operations and helping foster a culture of excellence across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a similar role within professional services 
  • Prior experience supporting Go To Market function is preferable
  • Comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous environment 
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Proficiency in handling IR/ER matters
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric, results-driven mindset
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and Modern Awards
