This is a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting our Engineering portfolio. We're looking for someone with extensive experience partnering with engineering functions, who can bring credibility, rigour and a commercial lens to how we support our technical leaders and teams.

How will you make an impact?
  • Strategic partnering: Coach and advise Engineering leaders on the full spectrum of people matters — from performance and employee relations through to culture, change and capability building
  • People plans: Shape and deliver people plans for your portfolio, connecting the dots between resourcing, mobility and talent acquisition
  • Engineering focus: Build deep knowledge of our engineering function to provide credible, contextualised partnering across a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Continuous improvement: Take a lead role in a key initiative that shapes how the People & Culture team evolves its ways of working
  • AI-curious mindset: Role-model an AI-curious, solutions-focused approach to HR practice, experimenting with new tools to deliver greater impact for our people and leaders
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:
  • HRBP expertise: Substantial experience in a generalist HRBP role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment — tech, professional services, FMCG or similar — with confidence to partner up to Executive level
  • Engineering domain experience: Extensive experience supporting engineering or technology functions, with the credibility to partner with technical leaders and navigate their unique challenges
  • ER and people capability: Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters, lead workplace investigations, and build leader capability in performance, talent and inclusion
  • Data-driven approach: Comfortable using workforce analytics to identify trends, inform action planning and measure the impact of people initiatives
  • Communication and influence: A clear, straight-talking communicator who can navigate complexity and ambiguity across a matrixed, multi-geography environment

Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don’t let that from stopping you applying. We’re more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

What could your Quantium Experience look like?

Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigor, precision and by asking great questions – but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.

By joining the Quantium team, you’ll get to:

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.
But wait, there’s more!

We’ve got some pretty sweet perks:

  • Flexible work arrangements: Achieve work life balance at your own pace with hybrid and flexible work arrangements
  • Remote working: Option to work in another country for up to 30 calendar days per year — balancing your career with the freedom to work globally. Eligibility criteria apply
  • Health and wellness: Enjoy access to a range of corporate gym discounts and fuel your fitness needs with our weekly work out program and sporting team
  • Discounts and perks: Enjoy access to a range of generous discounts from Woolworths, exclusive banking products, health insurance and novated leasing
