Reporting to the HR Business Partner Team Leader, you'll partner with leaders across the business to drive people strategies that support growth, engagement, and performance

How You'll Shape Our People Strategy

  •  Partner with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and organisational capability across the business.
  •  Lead complex employee relations matters to achieve timely, commercially sound outcomes.
  •   Strengthen compliance and reduce risk through expert guidance on employment legislation and industrial relations.
  •  Develop and coach a high-performing HR team, building capability and improving service delivery.
  • Drive people initiatives and continuous improvement programs that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Deliver workforce insights and strategic recommendations that improve retention, engagement, and business performance.
  •  Lead key people projects that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • You'll influence leaders across the organisation, strengthen team capability, and champion a culture that brings Petstock's values to life.

What Sets You Apart

  • Proven success in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
  • Extensive experience managing complex employee relations, investigations, and workplace conflict.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, industrial relations, and Modern Awards.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive people outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing HR professionals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
