Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you will work directly with customers to deliver consulting services, including business process improvements, implementation strategies, software training, configuration, mentoring, and technical guidance.

Through these services, you will help customers maximize the value of their Autodesk investments and successfully implement transformational changes across their businesses. You will also measure and track the value delivered through Autodesk solutions and the extent of their adoption.

  • Apply Autodesk products and solutions to detailed industry requirements and customer workflows
  • Configure Autodesk solutions based on product capabilities and specific customer requirements
  • Guide customers on the effective use of Autodesk products while defining and documenting detailed use cases
  • Develop data migration strategies to transition customer data and standards into Autodesk products
  • Collaborate with customers, external partners, and Autodesk teams to develop solutions and resolve technical challenges
  • Provide feedback to Consulting Services leadership and Product Development teams to support product enhancements and process improvements
  • Partner with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and plan customer engagements
  • Mentor and guide customers to improve product adoption and maximize the value of Autodesk solutions
  • Mentor partners to support the scalable delivery of consulting services
  • Contribute to project estimation, scoping, and clarification of customer requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on implementing digital solutions across enterprise environments
  • Experience with construction industry processes, including preconstruction, document management, project management, quality management, safety management, project handover, and work packaging
  • Experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to customers and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, innovation, project management, change management, business process optimization, and communication
  • Proven ability to guide decision-making processes and drive issues through resolution
  • Experience collaborating with diverse Technical, Sales, and Project Delivery teams
  • Working knowledge of structured project management methodologies and practices
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable information for non-technical and business audiences

  • Experience developing and maintaining a portfolio of digital delivery solutions
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation and change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 19650 standards for information management using Building Information Modeling (BIM)

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction technology professional who combines strong industry knowledge, technical consulting expertise, and analytical problem-solving skills to help customers successfully implement Autodesk solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of construction industry processes, digital delivery workflows, and technology implementation best practices
