The Opportunity

A 12month contract opportunity to join Dexus as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst where you will play a key role in supporting our social infrastructure portfolio, contributing to the performance of assets across health, education, student accommodation and PPPs. In this role, you'll collaborate with a high‑performing team, work closely with stakeholders, and deepen your expertise across valuation, asset management and investment processes.

You will make an impact by:

  • Leading financial modelling and valuation analysis for a range of social infrastructure investments, with an emphasis on education and student accommodation assets

  • Supporting investment and asset management activities across the portfolio and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Contributing to due diligence on new opportunities across commercial, financial, legal, tax, technical and insurance workstreams

  • Helping drive informed decision‑making by analysing risk and return outcomes across existing and prospective investments

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity and a collaborative mindset, with experience gained in investment, advisory or asset management environments.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in finance, commerce or engineering from a reputable institution

  • 4–7 years’ experience in investment banking, investment management, asset management or advisory

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly

  • Proven capability in analysing problems and risks and recommending sound, commercially minded solutions

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
