About the role
As the Senior Integration Analyst, you will lead the design and delivery of sustainable integration solutions across application delivery projects. You'll ensure solutions align with approved architectures and support long-term strategic goals, working closely with stakeholders to implement robust, future-ready integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integration delivery, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, support, and retirement.
Analyse solution options and ensure technical designs are fit for purpose and aligned with policies and approved architectures.
Own the detailed design phase, including documentation and presenting solutions for approval at design and architecture forums.
Manage and support integration platforms such as GlobalScape and Boomi, including BAU monitoring and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, vendors, and partners to deliver and maintain integrations.
Provide technical leadership in integration development, API design, and deployment using API management tools.
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to support teams and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Participate in solution governance, risk assessment, and project estimation activities.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in IT, with strong experience leading integration solutions in complex environments.
5–10 years designing integration solutions using platforms like GlobalScape and other MFT/SFTP tools.
Solid understanding of security concepts including encryption, SSL/TLS, digital certificates, and access controls.
Proven experience in API architecture, implementation, and API management tools.
Skilled in SQL (queries and stored procedures) and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
Experience migrating integrations between platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, Qualys, and TFS.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on best practices.
Effective communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
Collaborative team player with the ability to broker decisions between technical specialists.
Self-motivated, with the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities.
Willingness to participate in on-call support, including after-hours and weekends.
