We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Conducting the full cycle of IT recruitment (developing search strategies, resume screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers)
  • Interacting with internal clients to determine job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (social networks, professional communities, databases, etc.)
  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR strategies for attracting talent
  • Maintaining candidate databases and keeping information up to date
  • Assessing candidates' professional and personal qualities, conducting interviews in English

We expect from you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in international IT recruitment
  • Experience in closing positions within the ML and NLP domains, with strong expertise in direct search, headhunting, and market mapping highly desirable
  • English not lower than B2 level
  • Leadership Skills: This role will position you as a partner to hiring managers, so strong leadership skills are essential.

  • REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
