Senior Java Engineer (CEX experience) - Mandarin Speaking

Design, implement, and maintain backend systems for a centralized exchange (CEX). Lead architecture and development of payment systems, trading matching engines, real-time compute and middleware platforms. Drive technical reviews, troubleshooting, refactoring, and mentoring to ensure system stability, performance, and engineering standards.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of backend systems for the company’s centralized exchange (CEX), providing technical support for core business operations.
- Design architectures for complex future payment-related systems; demonstrate strong capabilities in designing large-scale distributed systems while ensuring high-quality architecture that balances development, operational, maintenance, and reliability costs.
- Contribute to solution design and technical reviews for key engineering projects; conduct quality assessments, identify issues during system iteration, and help enhance team efficiency and development quality.
- Lead research and resolution of critical technical challenges, ensuring stability of the core systems.
- Participate in core architecture implementation, write high-quality code, train and guide developers, and help standardize engineering processes.
- Lead the design, development, and innovation of real-time computing systems.
- Drive the architectural evolution of the trading matching engine (handling tens of millions to hundreds of millions of daily requests).
- Lead the development of rule engines, variable platforms, and other mid-platform (middleware) systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; expert-level proficiency in Java and its ecosystem, with 8+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Experience in developing and optimizing large-scale data aggregation, query, and computation systems.
- Experience with large-scale system refactoring; hands-on exposure to DDD, middleware platforms, and CI/CD is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of Java-related frameworks such as Spring Cloud Alibaba, MyBatis—their design principles and internal mechanisms; strong knowledge of transactions and distributed transactions.
- Proficient in Redis and at least one MQ technology such as RabbitMQ or RocketMQ; familiarity with middleware such as SkyWalking, CAT, and scheduling/orchestration systems.
- Experience building or promoting core frameworks in large-scale companies is preferred.
- Familiar with common networking issues and capable of effective troubleshooting.
- CEX experience is mandatory.
