As a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of workers compensation accounts while supporting the Lead Key Account Manager. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on relationship management.

You will collaborate with internal specialists across claims, underwriting, and WHS, while maintaining strong relationships with brokers, clients, and industry associations. Your ability to provide clear advice, resolve issues, and influence stakeholders will be key to success.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee client portfolios to ensure service levels and risk management strategies are met
  • Support the Lead Key Account Manager with coaching, escalations, and portfolio oversight
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and industry associations, attending meetings and presenting as required
  • Analyse client risk profiles and provide strategic advice within HII and Trinity frameworks
  • Manage renewals, reporting, WHS support, and claims reviews
  • Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and identify opportunities for improvement

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in workers compensation, underwriting, claims, WHS, or account management in the hospitality or service industry
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with clients, brokers, and internal teams
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable strategies
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and valid NSW driver’s licence desirable
