JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Support the development and execution of the annual learning and development plan aligned to business needs
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and translating requirements into effective learning solutions
- Implement and manage learning programs to achieve desired business outcomes
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and supervisory-level audiences
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data and insights
- Analyze post-training reports and recommend actionable improvements
- Collaborate with the LMS team to enhance Oracle Learning Cloud utilization and learner experience
- Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and consultants
- Lead or support L&D and organizational development (OD) projects, including change initiatives
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and adhere to all physical and digital security practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (or similar LMS platforms)
- Strong experience in training facilitation, program implementation, and learning evaluation
- Familiarity with training needs analysis and learning effectiveness frameworks
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Exposure to organizational development or change management initiatives is a plus
